It is extremely important for new parents to be aware of their baby's temperature.  Your baby should not get overheated or overchilled.  

Our friends at Swaddle Designs informed me that over the past few years, several baby product companies have exclusively focused on overheating as a SIDS risk factor.  Now, confused parents think they should keep their baby cool which puts babies at risk.

Leading SIDS researchers state, and studies have shown, that both overheating and overchilling increase the risk of SIDS as stated in the International Journal of Epidemiology 1996.

It's important to have Temperature Awareness, to understand babies should not get overheated or overchilled.
