There are several different ways you can prop your baby or toddler's head in their car seat or stroller. There are the "donut" type of pillows that you put around their neck. But that can make their neck sweat particularly in the summer time. Then there's taking a burpie cloth or small hand towel and propping it beside their head after they fall asleep so they are somewhat upright.
