denver disney on ice

My 4-year old son Sam and I truly enjoyed the movie Toy Story 3.  The story line just happened to coincide with what was going on with my own family.  Sam’s big sister was heading off to college, just like Andy.  It was bitter sweet for me to watch the end when he says goodbye to his toys and ventures off to college.  

We waited with baited breath to go to this year's Disney On Ice "Let's Celebrate!" show.  It was at the Pepsi Center which makes it easy for us to hop off the highway, park, watch the show, and hop back onto the highway to get home after the show.  That's the beauty of downtown Denver.

We were part of the lucky group of folks to participate in the "Meet & Greet" with Mickey and Minnie. 

We're excited that one week from today Disney On Ice will be in Denver at the Pepsi Center.  The "Lets Celebrate!" show is here Dec 9-12.  Sammy (my 3 1/2 year old) and his friend Alex are looking forward to the "meet & greet" before the show.  Mickey Mouse is always a winner with Sammy.  These larger than life characters are so exciting to see up close and personal.  It's going to be a night to remember.

Last night we had the privilege to attend Disney On Ice "Worlds of Fantasy" show at the Pepsi Center.  Our seats were in section 110 - which was perfect because we were very close to the ice rink, and my 2 year old son thought Mickey could see him waving.
