Week 41 and beyond:

  • Schedule a nonstress test for fetal surveillance
  • Handle annoying phone calls from well-meaning people
  • Consider induction of labor at forty-two weeks
  • Celebrate your pregnancy

Watch for:

  • Signs of labor
  • Decrease in fetal movement
  • Swelling
  • Headaches
  • Blurred vision
  • Bleeding or spotting
