Sibu Beauty products made from Himalayan Sea Buckthorn Berries truly moisturize and repair your skin
I'm in love with the Sibu "Repair and Protect" facial cream. I was fortunate to review a sample and I'm ready to let loose and buy their product line. My skin issues go way back. I'm Irish & Italian (50/50) but my skin is very fair, freckled and ruddy in color. Although proud of my Irish heritage, I wish I had darker Italian skin. Skin cancer is a hereditary issue in my family as well. I've had my fair share of moles, freckles and basal cells removed from my face and every other part of my body. Dermatologists have had me try every product known to man to help me with my skin. I'm oily and dry. I can't get enough moisture in the dry parts, yet the oily parts are running rampant. I think the dermatologists have just thrown up their hands over the years and gave up on me.
I decided to try every department store beauty product. I won't name all the brands, because I'm sure they are great products for other people, just not for me. Nothing has worked. I was quite skeptical about the Sibu facial cream because I thought, it's just one more brand I can put on my list that I've ried. I was pleasantly surprised!
The first thing I noticed when I started applying the facial cream to my freshly washed face, was the fragrance. I typically don't like fragrances in my facial products, but this one is fantastic. A little citrusy yet not overwhelming. I figured I would have to lather on the cream as I had to with all other products, but that wasn't the case. A little bit goes a long way. It's very rich, perhaps due to the Omega 7, and it absorbs quickly and isn't greasey. The process helps boost collagen production and create a healthy, natural moisture base. Within a minute I can apply my face powder to even out my skin tone, which is my preference over foundation.
I have noticed a difference. Previously, as I had gone through my daily "put on my face" routine, I saw an extra wrinkle or other non-flattering fault in my skin. It was getting to the point that I thought Oh My Gosh I'm going to have to get a chemical peel! (That's one path I never want to go down after seeing my mom's face get burnt off from a treatment!) Yucko!
I truly believe the collagen is being produced again, or more, or whatever it does on your skin to make it look better. Do I look 20? No - I'm in my mid-40's but I don't think my skin reveals my age.
The primary ingredient in Sibu's product is Sea Buckthorn Berries oil and to me, it seems magical.
The repair & protect product that I use promotes tissue recovery and healing, rejuvenates sun damaged skin, made from 100% natural ingredients and is for all skin types. It is paraben-free, cruelty-free and contains NO dairy, yeast, wheat, gluten, sodium or preservatives.
Stand back. I'm going to load up on Sibu products. I can't wait to try the facial cleanser and night cream next!
