I am so proud that I was selected today as Brand Champion of the Day by BrandChampionsBlog.com. It's exciting to know that what I do for Sharpie is part of a new revolution around building brands. Branding is so much more than sticking to traditional advertising efforts such as print ads and TV commercials. Today it's about being progressive and being more personal with your customers. Companies that choose to ignore their customers, or continue their 1-way dialogue with them, are going to miss out.
